The Nannen Arboretum is hosting a Wednesday Nights Series with the Master Gardener Volunteers of Cornell University and the Cooperative Extension of Cattaraugus County. These will include FREE gardening lectures, with two topics each Wednesday night. Lectures will be held in the Northrup Nature Hall and Chapman Nature Sanctuary in the beautiful surroundings of the Nannen Arboretum. First topic will run from 7:00pm-7:45pm, and the second will follow from 7:45pm to 8:30pm.
This night the lectures include:
1st Topic: "The Basics of Hydrangeas" - Demystifying the Species with Pat Kerl, MG
2nd Topic: "Ways to Get Your Workout in While Gardening" - with Jessi Luke, MG
Cornell University Cooperative Extension’s Master Gardeners in Cattaraugus County will offer two programs on The Basics of Hydrangeas: Demystifying the Species, by Master Gardener Pat Kerl, and Ways to Get Your Workout In While Gardening, by Master Gardener Jessi Caparco, from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at the Nannen Arboretum, 28 Parkside Drive, Ellicottville, NY 14731. The programs will be held rain or shine, and they are free and open to the public. No pre-registration is required.
