“The Broken Windows Theory and Your Farm: How the “Little Things” with Risk Management Can Make the Big Difference” Cari Rincker, Esq. co-author of Field Manual: Legal Guide for New York Farmers and Food Entrepreneurs will be the Keynote speaker talking about the “Broken Windows Theory” as explained in Malcolm Gladwell’s book, “Outliers”.  Using this theme, Cari will explain how to apply the “Broken Windows Theory” to your farm in terms of risk management.  It’s truly the little things that make the big difference.

Participants will be able to select topics of interest to attend for 3 additional sessions.

Topics will include:

  • Safety on the Farm,
  • Good Agriculture,

  • Labor Regulations,
  • Farm Leasing,
