Hills Valley Farm milks 150 registered Brown Swiss cows which are housed in a compost bedded pack barn. A compost bedded pack barn (generally known as a compost dairy barn) is an alternative loose housing system for dairy cows that appears to offer very good cow comfort for lactating, dry, and special needs cows.
They welcome visitors to their dairy and beef farm by appointment.
